My knee

My knee is dying. Which really means I am dying. I went to Slates open house at school and had to go up and down some stairs. (Once up & once down).  I was so slow that it caused a traffic jam. How embarrassing! Slate was so patient though. He did go ahead of me but then he would wait. Going down was the worst! By the time I got to the bottom I thought I was going to throw up. Nice! And yes I did look for garbage cans in the classroom. I thought I was doing so good. But by the end of the day each day- IT HURTS SO BAD!!! I hope it gets better soon!
